Freelance Graphic Designer – Experiential & Event Design 🎨
What you’ll do:

Design eye-catching artwork for booths, branded games, and event spaces

Create polished mockups and visuals for pitch decks and client presentations
-
Develop signage and large-format graphics for print
-
Translate brand guidelines into bold, engaging real-world experiences
-
Prepare print-ready files for production (signage, booths, environmental graphics)
-
Collaborate with our team to bring concepts from idea → reality

Iterate quickly based on feedback and tight timelines
What we need from you:
-
Strong graphic design portfolio (especially events, signage, or experiential work)
-
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign)

Experience creating mockups for client-facing presentations

Understanding of print production and large-format design
-
Bonus: experience with 3D or spatial design tools (SketchUp, Blender, etc.)

Freelance Creative Producer – Experiential & Event Activations 🎬🎪
What you’ll do:
-
Lead projects from concept through execution (pitch → build → event)
-
Turn creative ideas into clear plans, timelines, and deliverables
-
Collaborate with designers to shape concepts that are both exciting and feasible
-
Manage vendors (fabricators, printers, builders) to bring projects to life
-
Own budgets, quotes, and cost tracking for relevant projects
-
Ensure everything is built on time, on budget, and on brand
-
Oversee production logistics (fabrication, shipping, install, strike)
-
Act as the main point of contact between internal team, vendors, and clients
-
Problem-solve on the fly and keep projects moving under tight timelines
What we need from you:

Experience producing events, activations, or experiential marketing projects
-
Strong project management and organizational skills
-
Experience working with vendors (fabrication, print, event production)
-
Understanding of materials, production timelines, and real-world constraints
-
Ability to manage budgets and make cost-conscious decisions

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Calm under pressure and solutions-oriented mindser

Event Manager – Carnival Games 🎪
What you’ll do:

Drive a van with event materials to event sites
-
Lead the setup team to get games & booths ready
-
Lead & manage staff during the event
-
Be the friendly point of contact for clients on site
-
Keep everything running smoothly from start to finish
What we need from you:

Event, hospitality, or team lead experience
-
Great with people + strong leadership skills
-
Comfortable lifting/setting up equipment (up to ~50 lbs)
-
Valid driver’s license (van driving experience a plus)

Flexible schedule (nights & weekends often)

What you’ll do:

Load/unload and set up booths, props & games (at times)

What we need from you:

Positive, outgoing attitude (you love making people smile!)

Comfortable lifting/moving equipment (up to ~40–50 lbs)

Reliable, punctual, and a team player

Flexible schedule (nights & weekends often)
-
Prior event or customer service experience a plus, but not required
